Shipping policy
Where we ship. We currently ship to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates.
- Standard shipping: $5.89, estimated 3 to 7 business days in transit.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more.
Processing time. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time on a business day typically ship the same business day; orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. High-volume periods may add 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery ranges begin the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.
Order confirmation and tracking. You will receive an order confirmation with your order number, and a shipment confirmation with the carrier and tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation within 3 business days, check your spam folder and then reach us through our Contact page.
Address changes. Once an order is processed for shipment we cannot change the shipping address. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately through our Contact page. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please wait 48 hours, check with household members and neighbors, then file a claim within 14 days of the delivery scan through our Contact page. For confirmed lost or undelivered packages we re-ship once per order at no charge; for confirmed damaged packages we replace the affected items at no charge (please keep the damaged shipment until the claim is resolved).
Refused or returned-to-sender packages. If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, we will refund the merchandise total minus the original outbound shipping cost.
Taxes. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination shipping address.
Support. Standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. We respond to all messages within one business day via our Contact page.
